Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. the location, just off Polk St, was convenient with easy access to major routes and a parking garage across the street for added convenience. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth even at late hours.
Everything was flawless, no complaints whatsoever.

Staff is lovely and the location is spectacular. Customer service was absolutely handy. Everything we needed, like lafayette park was placed walking distance to the hotel. We appreciated it and didn't want to leave.

The hotel is situated within walking distance every place we like, for example san francisco city hall. Modern Thai, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

I stayed at Calista Organic Hotel and the room was cozy and nice. the bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the location was super convenient. As someone who likes simplicity and comfort, it was a great one-night stay for me.
The street noise outside could be a bit bothersome, but it's just my personal take.
